Google will send a postcard with the verification code to your restaurants address. Make sure you’re able to receive mail at your location before starting this process. The postcard should arrive somewhere within 10 days.

To do this, first head back over to the Google My Business page. Choose your restaurant and click “Verify Now”.

When on the postcard request screen, make sure your address is being displayed correctly. Then click “Send Postcard”.

Your postcard should arrive within 10 days. If it doesn’t, let Google know that you have a lost or missing verification postcard.

3. Review Your Information

Once you have verified your restaurant you now have full control of your restaurant on Google. Review your information to make sure it is accurate and up-to-date.

Congratulations, your restaurant is now listed on Google Maps! Customers will now be able to find your restaurant much easier when searching in Google and you should receive a boost in new customers very soon.
